NOV 7: Sexual Self Care Workshop

Following her first SOLD OUT masterclass at big. in July, somatic sex therapist & life coach Aisha Paris Smith is back to host a workshop with sexual wellness brand sitre, to help us get over the awkwardness of talking about sex - and reclaim the conversation as fun, important and empowering as hell. 

Thursday 7th November 7-9pm at big.

The workshop will explore what sexual self care is, and what that looks and feels like for you. This includes understanding how to connect with yourself more deeply, identifying what nourishes and turns you on, and building self-confidence around pleasure. 

We'll be doing this in a fun and relaxed way, and as always, giggles are welcome.
