CANCELLATION POLICY

 

We hope you understand, being a small business means that we have

to adhere to a stringent cancellation policy. If you need to cancel your

appointment, you can do so up to 48hrs prior and receive a full refund. 

If you fail to turn up to appointment you've booked, none of the booking fee

will be refunded and you will need to make a separate booking to reschedule.
