Our therapist will also assess your skin to determine the suitability of manual extractions.
For optimal results, a series of treatments may be recommended.

If you cancel 48 hours in advance or more, we will refund you in full, or give you the opportunity to reschedule your appointment free of charge.
If you cancel or reschedule with less than 48 hours notice, we are unable to refund the full cost of your booking, and you will automatically be charged 50% of the booking value by our booking partner Fresha.
If you cancel with less than 3 hours notice or fail to attend we will charge 100% for missing the appointment.
Last but not least if you are more than 15 mins late, we may not be able to give you the full treatment. Please note that for brows & lashes any lateness exceeding 5 mins may mean we are unable to do a full treatment. You will be charged for the full appointment.
