DIRECTIONS FOR USE

As a rule, draw the tool towards the heart and lymph nodes, such as those located in the inner thighs, underarms, and neck.

Begin at your ankles to create light, circular strokes, moving toward the heart and paying attention to the hinges of the body such as behind knees, inside thighs, interior elbows and under arms. Holding the BUFF Dry Brush, draw it across the chosen area using light pressure, and repeat with five to ten strokes.

CARE FOR YOUR BRUSH
With consistent dry brushing, the bristles naturally soften as they adjust to your skin.

To clean the brush, wash the bristles with mild soap and warm water, then rinse and air dry with the bristles facing down. Do not immerse the wooden handle in water, as this may cause damage. Instead, gently rub the bristles with your hand or a dry towel to remove debris.
