CANCELLATION POLICY:

We hope you’ll understand, being a small business means that we have to adhere to a pretty stringent cancellation policy.

If you cancel 48 hours in advance or more, then we will refund you in full, or give you the opportunity to reschedule your appointment free of charge.

If you cancel or reschedule with less than 48 hours notice, we are unable to refund the full cost of your booking, and you will automatically be charged 50% of the booking value by our booking partner Fresha.

Last but not least, if you cancel with less than 3 hours notice or fail to attend we will charge 100% for missing the appointment.
