Monthly community event series at Yours Studio in Hackney Wick

We’re turning up the heat this autumn/winter with an event series from big. Beauty and Yours designed to bring movement, wellness and connection to the colder months.

Starting in November 2025, each session will involve an educational workshop from big. followed by an incredible infrared movement class by Yours to keep you glowing through the colder months both inside & out. 

Friday 23rd January at 7:30-9pm

The start of the year is always a time when our skin feels it's most dry, dull and vulnerable. So our third event will have a focus on Dry Jan - exploring how to tackle winter dryness from within as well as boost radiance by stimulating your lymphatic system.

You’ll enjoy:

• A mindful Hot Flow Yoga class with Yours enhanced by infrared heat to improve mobility and promote deep relaxation
