DIRECTIONS FOR USE

As with any body oil, use on damp skin from the shower, or splash your limbs with water first. Oils trap moisture into your skin and soften it, but it cannot hydrate alone without water.

The easiest and fastest way is literally straight after stepping out of the shower. Slather it all over and then pat skin dry. This allows maximum hydration, application is faster and your oil goes further too.
