The Starter Facial

A brilliant facial for first timers, or those who prefer a more classic style treatment. Our therapist will undertake a thorough analysis of your skin to provide a bespoke facial using premium sustainable skincare tailored to your skin type and needs. 

Your skin will be balanced, nourished and hydrated, with an additional scalp & shoulder massage included in the treatment to ensure the experience is deeply relaxing. 

Our therapist will provide tailored skincare & wellbeing advice at the conclusion of the facial to assist you in setting up a strong routine at home to care for your skin. 

Facial includes:
- Thorough skin analysis
- Bespoke facial using VOTARY, Irene Forte Skincare and ACTIVIST products 
- Scalp & shoulder massage 
- Tailored skincare advice for at-home care
- Pregnancy & breastfeeding safe

CANCELLATION POLICY:

We hope you’ll understand, being a small business means that we have to adhere to a pretty stringent cancellation policy.

If you cancel 48 hours in advance or more, then we will refund you in full, or give you the opportunity to reschedule your appointment free of charge.

If you cancel or reschedule with less than 48 hours notice, we are unable to refund the full cost of your booking, and you will automatically be charged 50% of the booking value by our booking partner Fresha.

Last but not least, if you cancel with less than 3 hours notice or fail to attend we will charge 100% for missing the appointment.
