Monthly community event series at Yours Pilates studio in Hackney Wick

We’re turning up the heat this autumn/winter with a new event series from big. Beauty and Yours designed to bring movement, wellness and connection to the colder months.

Starting this November, each session will involve an educational workshop from big. followed by an incredible infrared Pilates class by Yours. to keep you glowing through the colder months both inside & out. 

Tuesday 9th December at 7:30-9:30pm

Our second event will have a focus on recovery and repair, exploring the importance of a strong nighttime routine for our mind, body and skin, especially during the silly season 🥂
