Radiance Cleansing Balm

The first step in the PERS cleansing ritual, this non-comedogenic balm is suitable for all skin types. 

It is enriched with anti-pollution and antioxidant technology, including a 3% concentrated anti-pollution agent to protect skin from the 3 main forms of pollution - UV, atmospheric and domestic. The balm also contains a vitamin C & E complex to protect skin from free radicals and premature aging.

Made with almond, apricot and safflower oils, the balm nourishes the skin, leaving it soft and ready for the rest of your skincare.

This balm prepares the skin by effectively eliminating impurities, enabling the PERS Gentle Gel Cleanser to fully perform its function, unhindered by residues.

The balm texture gently melts and transforms into a luxurious oil when applied to the skin. It gently dissolves make-up, pollution particles and excess sebum, before emulsifying on contact with warm water into an ultra-soft milky texture, which rinses off easily without leaving a greasy film.
