Monthly community event series at Yours Pilates studio in Hackney Wick

We’re turning up the heat this autumn/winter with a new event series from big. Beauty and Yours designed to bring movement, wellness and connection to the colder months.

Starting this November, each session will involve an educational workshop from big. followed by an incredible infrared Pilates class by Yours. to keep you glowing through the colder months both inside & out. 

Sunday 9th November at 2-4pm

The first event will have a focus on gut health and immunity, exploring how these foundations support both inner balance and radiant skin. 

You’ll enjoy:

• A wellness workshop hosted by big. Beauty 

• A sculpting Pilates session with Yours. enhanced by infrared heat to boost circulation and skin purification

• Immune-boosting treats from ACTIVIST, the New Zealand brand known for harnessing the healing powers of raw Mānuka honey
