All of the honey jars are made from recycled plastic and produced 100km from the bee hives.
They're stringent on supporting bee health, with their hives located in isolated regions of New Zealand that are free of GMOs and urban toxins.
The bee hives are kept at lower numbers to avoid overpopulation while encouraging bees to flourish and pollinate for ethical harvest and productivity.
Soil biodiversity and reducing waste is important to them - when the Mãnuka oil has been distilled, ACTIVIST returns the Mãnuka leaves to the soil, creating mulch for the earth which acts as an incubator for bugs and insects.
